XKY PRECISION ELECTRONICSFully traceable and controllable from engineering to shipment
A digital system ties together five stages—engineering review, material prep, precision manufacturing, test & QC, and shipment—ensuring stable quality, controllable lead time and full traceability.
Engineering Review (EQ): DFM analysis starts upon data arrival, reviewing stack-up, impedance, trace/space, hole size and finish, closing risks before mass production.
Precision Manufacturing: inner-layer imaging, laser drilling, lamination, outer imaging, etching, solder mask and finish—key steps use LDI direct imaging and VCP vertical continuous plating for consistency and reliability.
Test & QC: AOI optical inspection, flying-probe/four-wire electrical test, impedance TDR and cross-section metallography; key batches ship with reports; full inspection pass before shipment, as fast as 24h.
Are inspection reports provided per batch?
Key batches ship with electrical and impedance (TDR) reports; cross-section/reliability data on request.
Is full traceability supported?
Yes. Batch numbers run through incoming, process and shipment for full digital traceability.
What data is needed for prototyping?
Gerber (drill/mask/silk), stack-up, impedance, qty and lead time; panel requirements if any.
What is the minimum order?
Small-batch prototypes supported; final per engineering review. Reach us via online quote.
